Damstra has created a custom report for increased transparency and visibility of company mobilisations, to enable the analysis of company data for onboarding purposes.

With the shift from employee mobilisations to company mobilisations, you will now have a more comprehensive view of contracting companies' compliance status. Access detailed insights and gain a clearer understanding of which companies are actively engaged and compliant.

The report includes companies that have not completed the registration process for a worksite, and therefore will have no employees attached, thereby avoiding issues with companies not appearing due to delays in the registration.

Here's a summary of the key features and enhancements of the report:

• Provides summary details on all the companies that are registered for the current organisation/worksite filter selection
• Allows the user to view companies that have not completed the company registration process
• Shows the status of each company and their compliance
• Improves the current “register” implementation by allowing the report user to filter the company list on several metrics
• Allows companies to appear in the report, regardless of worker mobilisations.

View the compliance status of a company

The All Contracting Companies report will provide insights into the compliance status of each company, categorising them into:

• Compliant - Verified companies that have met all company requirements for a worksite
• Not compliant - Verified companies that have not met all company requirements for a worksite
• Verification in progress - Companies that are still being verified

View which companies are high risk and low risk

The report will assess the risk level associated with each company, for you to be able to make informed decisions.
