Upload additional documents feature assists company administrators to manage their employees' skills and competencies ensuring that all worksite requirements and additional qualifications and training for the tasks being completed whilst at work are meet prior to attending the worksite.
Seamlessly integrated with the EPP, this system caters to both clients and worksite managers, along with managers from contracting companies. Its functionality extends to company administrators, offering them the capability to effortlessly upload skills or qualifications that were previously absent and not designated as prerequisites for mobilization or specific job roles.
The EPP for Companies – upload additional documents feature enables company administrators to upload any skills or qualifications that have not previously been supplied and that are not listed as a requirement of the mobilization or selected job titles.
Company administrators are provided with the option to add additional documents as part of the employee requirements during the mobilization process.

6. Documentation will be sent for verification when the mobilisation request is sent for verification
Pay and register for online training enables worksite users to configure online training that can be scheduled for workers by company administrators that is not linked to job titles or mobilization requirements.
It assists company administrators in ensuring their workers have received and completed all training requirements prior to attending a worksite. MVP of pay and register for online training enables company administrators to schedule online training by selecting employees from a list.
Prior to company administrators being able to register for online training through the EPP for Companies lessons need to be configured for companies.
1. Worksite users with the appropriate custom permission can control which lesson shows for companies using lesson scheduling in the EPP for Worksites.
2. The company lessons tab in lesson scheduling enables worksite users to configure who can schedule each Damstra learning lesson.
Lessons can be configured to be scheduled by;
3. Once lessons are configured to be scheduled by companies, they will be available to be selected in the EPP for companies.
4. Online lesson scheduling in the navigation menu enables company administrators to schedule lessons and view the lessons that they have already scheduled.
5. Scheduling lessons
Prior to company administrators being able to register for HSE session through the EPP for Companies HSE sessions need to be configured for companies.
1. Worksite users with the appropriate custom permission can control which sessions show for companies using Health and safety calendar in the EPP for Worksites.
2. The additional settings section in schedule session enables worksite users to configure if the session will be shown in the EPP for Companies.
3. Once sessions are configured to be registered by companies, they will be available to be selected in the EPP for companies.
Health and safety – Health and safety sessions in the navigation menu enables company administrators to register employees for Health and safety sessions and to view upcoming sessions that their employees have been booked into either by their company, the worksite or the employee themselves.
Registering for Health and safety sessions:
1. Select new booking
2. Select worksite and who you would like to register. Only employees with a valid mobilization for the selected worksite will be available
3. Select session. All worksite sessions currently available to the company will be listed
