This streamlined workflow enhances efficiency and marks a revolutionary shift in how businesses manage their correspondence. All EPP clients and worksite users can access this feature conveniently through the web interface.
Now, both clients and worksite managers can easily access all company-related emails by navigating to Company Management > Emails sent to companies > Selecting a company.

Elevate your worksite experience by gaining direct access to view workers' Custom IDs from within the employee's profile on the EPP system. This update streamlines workflow and boosts efficiency, empowering you to achieve more with ease. Users will have access to this feature via the web if it is utilised by their worksite.
1. Custom ID is an additional set of identifiers for employees, customers that have 3rd party integrations use this to record the employee’s unique identifier from the other system to the EPP

Our latest feature empowers users to configure skills, eliminating the need for back-of-card documentation when uploading documents, and saving valuable time for both companies and Damstra staff. Accessible through the web interface, this enhancement is available to company admins and employee users of EPP.
As part of the configuration setup, Damstra staff will need to designate which skills do not necessitate the upload of the back of the card. Currently, this setup is managed in TWMS > Configuration Dashboard > Global Qualification Skill Coding, where staff can either 'Add Skill' or 'Edit' a skill.

Employee user login accounts are designed to elevate your workforce experience! With this enhancement, both existing and newly registered employees gain seamless access to our EPP. Now, employees can effortlessly manage their accounts, upload necessary documents, and tackle assigned tasks with ease.
Upon successful approval of new employee registrations, prompt email delivery will provide newly joined team members with their login credentials and a convenient link to access their employee accounts.
Now, company admins can resend the welcome email to existing employees when necessary. This email comprises login details and a direct link for accessing their employee accounts. This action can be completed by navigating to the user details page within the EPP for companies, specifically the Employee users tab.
With our latest update, you'll now find a convenient top summary in an employee's profile, which simplifies profile checks by providing a quick overview of printed access cards for each employee. This eliminates the need to navigate to the Access Control tab to verify card printing status, reducing unnecessary effort. Accessible via the web, this feature enhances efficiency for all EPP users.
Users on the worksite platform will now have access to a summary section at the top of an employee's profile, indicating whether the employee already has printed access cards. If access cards have been printed for the employee, this section will display the number of cards printed and will be clickable to view the printing history.

Now, users with multiple accounts linked to their email can seamlessly shift between them by simply selecting a worksite. This convenient feature is available to all users with multiple user accounts associated with their email addresses via the web platform.
Users can now switch between accounts if they have multiple worksite user accounts linked to their email address. Depending on the selected worksite, the user account level and permissions will adjust accordingly across different worksites.
By incorporating job titles, EPP companies, and employees can swiftly update worker mobilizations, eliminating the need for worksite or Damstra requests. This functionality also enhances understanding of requirement statuses and deadlines, ensuring clarity on tasks at hand. This customisable feature is easily accessible through the web interface and can be configured per worksite.
Worksites now can enable company and employee users to include job titles in employee mobilizations. While this functionality is initially disabled, it can be activated by accessing TWMS > Configuration Dashboard > Job Titles & Job Title Rules.
Company admins will now be able to add job title to employee’s mobilisation by going to the employee’s profile using the EPP for Companies: Search for the employee> Employee profile > Mobilisation tab – open mobilisation details > click Add job title
Companies have the option to add multiple job titles simultaneously. If a job title is necessary for the validity of a mobilisation, incomplete requirements for that title will render the mobilisation invalid until all prerequisites are fulfilled. Any missing requirements can be provided within the same mobilisation details page following the standard procedure.

Now, worksite users can effortlessly organise multisite sessions without requiring access to the entire organisation. This update empowers users with multiple accounts across different worksites to seamlessly coordinate safety sessions with ease.
The user accounts for each worksite need to have the custom permission on to be able to select the worksite when creating a multisite session in the H&S calendar.
This can be configured by going to the user details page of EPP for worksite:
Worksite users with multiple accounts across different worksites can effortlessly organise multisite sessions within the Health & Safety calendar. When a user has access to multiple worksites, they can conveniently select the organisation from the worksite filter. The list will display only the worksites accessible to the user, streamlining the process for enhanced efficiency and ease of use.
To create a multisite session in the H&S calendar:
If a user has a single worksite account or the filter is set, session creation in the Health & Safety calendar defaults to the selected worksite, removing the option to choose.
By integrating Damstra Learning into your worksite, you can easily establish auto-scheduling rules according to expiring or expired skills within your employees' profiles. This innovative capability ensures that relevant lessons are promptly dispatched to employees the moment specific skills are due for renewal. What's even better? This functionality is accessible to all users with EPP access for their worksite, conveniently accessible via the web.
Damstra Learning integration can automatically schedule lessons for employees with expiring or expired skills, streamlining training management.
This will be available when setting up automatic scheduling rules using the Lesson scheduling feature of EPP for worksites:
1. Select lesson/s to schedule, only published lessons will be available on the list. Lessons that already have a skill expiry rule configured will not be selectable.
2. Select the skill you wish to setup the automatic expiring rule against
3. Schedule settings – this determines when the lesson should be scheduled for the employee to complete. The lesson can be scheduled immediately after the skill expires, days before the skill expires, or days after the skill expires.
4. Enter the number of days the lesson should be completed after it was scheduled, lesson due date.
5. If this is on, the lesson will be scheduled to employees who have sufficed and will suffice the option selected in #3 at the time of creation.
6. Creates/saves the new skill expiry rule
All skill expiring rules created will appear in the automatic schedule rules table and can be edited/updated, as necessary. These will also be logged in the change history tab for tracking purposes.
