Damstra Technology is excited to announce a new three-year sales agreement with Pinot Valley Mining Corp (PVMC), a wholly-owned US subsidiary of Capstone Copper Corporation, an international mining organization.

Under this agreement, Damstra will implement our Enterprise Protection Platform (EPP) at Capstone including our Workforce and Contractor Management, Security, Health, Safety, Training, Compliance and Incident Management modules. The initial rollout will begin at Capstone’s Pinto Valley mine in Arizona and move to other mine locations.

Leveraging Damstra’s EPP, Capstone will receive these benefits:

  • Digitizing and automating how workers and contractors are onboarded, inducted, trained, tracked, and managed to ensure compliance
  • Improved tracking and reporting of key performance indicators and compliance metrics
  • Automated training including eLearning, calendaring classes, and toolbox talks using digital forms for supervisor/observation checklists and automating the generation and attachment of MSHA 5000-23 forms to individual worker records
  • Improved contractor on-boarding via a portal to directly support contractor companies and workers, ensuring uploading and maintenance of documentation and credentials with Damstra verifying the documents
  • A policy document repository and management of change functionality to facilitate and track changes to policies and procedures, as well as audits and permits

Christian Damstra, founder and Chief Executive Officer of Damstra said, “We are extremely pleased to announce another new international mining client. This agreement reflects Capstone’s broad operational requirement covering five Damstra modules. I was personally pleased to meet the Capstone Management team and continue building a strong customer base in North America.”
