About Us

Mark Freudenstein from Affirmative Management Systems is an OH&S Consultant based in Victoria. He has almost 35 years of practical experience in a diverse range of industries and over 20 years in OH&S management and support. Mark has worked in construction, hospitality, logistics, government, insurance and retailing. Key specialties include; auditing of OHS, Quality and Environmental management systems and strategies; development and implementation of strategic organizational cultural changes processes. Mark has a detailed understanding of the OHS requirements associated with Self Insurance and has played a significant role in ensuring the renewal of Self Insurance Licences. Mark’s calm analytical approach allows for easy communication with people across all levels of an organisation.

Mark has in excess of 10 years' experience as an OHS consultant, specialising in consulting to Local Government, statutory authorities and corporate clients. Lead OHS, Quality and Environmental Management System Auditing, review, strategic planning, business continuity planning and incident investigation have been features of higher level services, some of which are legally privileged.

Mark’s academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Business and a Bachelor of Science in OHS. Mark holds a Certificate IV in Assessment and Workplace Training. He also is an accredited VEDN civil works auditor.
